The TRUSTED Academy is a 12 mo experience: a 3 week- Intensive, then a 9-week foundational learning about Blindspots, followed by a 9 mo Integration experience with ongoing support designed to help you break old patterns, build deep trust, and step into confident, connection-driven parenting.

3 week Intensive
- 3 Parenting Re-Wired Calls. Meet weekly with Kristen and the other women who joined the Academy alongside you—this is your Inner Circle. For 3 weeks, you’ll spend 2 powerful hours each week diving deep into the 3 core pillars of the TRUSTED Academy: Confidence, Conversation, and Connection. Each class ends with a Skill Booster Assignment you can use to practice what you’ve learned that week. Don't do more, do differently.
- Daily G.R.A.C.E. Big change starts with small shifts. From day one, you’ll receive Daily Prompts—short, 5-minute exercises delivered through a private app—that strengthen your confidence and challenge how you see, think, and respond as a parent. Each one is designed to help you build deeper connection and lasting trust with your teen.
- Trusted App You weren’t meant to do this alone. Reach out to your Inner Circle anytime—through text or voice chat—for support, encouragement, or a reality check. And when you need personalized guidance, you can connect directly with Kristen for 1:1 advice.
9 week Foundation
- Weekly Blindspot Video. Each Tuesday, you’ll get a reminder to watch a short pre-recorded video highlighting a common parenting blind spot—and how to turn it into a gift for your teen. This part of your journey is all about SEEING differently: your teen, yourself, and the mistakes you both make. Each video comes with a Skill Booster you can practice that week to turn insight into action.
- Monthly Emotion Coaching Seeing yourself and your teen through a new lens isn’t easy—it often stirs up big emotions. That’s why, on the first Monday of each month during both the Foundation and Integration phases, you’ll have access to a live session with a certified emotion coach to help you process what’s coming up and keep moving forward.
- Weekly Team Chats Connect with moms from other Inner Circles in our Friday Team Chats. These live sessions are your chance to ask Kristen questions, watch her coach in real time, and see how the TRUSTED Framework plays out in real-life parenting moments. These weekly calls continue throughout the Integration phase, giving you consistent support every step of the way.
9 month Integration
- TRUSTED Academy Vault. Unlock full access to the TRUSTED Vault—Kristen’s complete library of tools for moms of teens. Inside, you’ll find “Say This, Not That” scripts, practical action steps, on-demand videos, Team Chat recordings, emotion coaching sessions, a private podcast, printables, articles, and more. As you work through the resources using the L.I.F.T. Cycle, you’ll deepen your mastery of confidence, conversation, and connection, uncover blind spots, navigate tough topics, and put your learning into real-life action.
- Weekly TRUSTED Academy Trainings Each week—except the first week of the month when you’ll attend Emotion Coaching—you’ll get a new training. Some will be taught by me, and others by guest experts who bring deep insight into topics like neurodivergence, screen time, mental health, and more—areas where their expertise can expand and enrich your parenting toolbox.
- The TRUSTED Community This private (non-Facebook) online space is where connection and growth come together. Inside, you’ll link arms with other moms who are navigating the same blind spots, hard conversations, and teen challenges. It’s a place to be seen, supported, and reminded that you’re not alone. Together, you’ll dive deep into tough topics, share wins and struggles, and encourage each other as you apply the TRUSTED Framework in real life.

As a TRUSTED Academy student, you’ll receive a free ticket to our annual in-person event—the ultimate experience to connect face-to-face with other moms and go even deeper into the TRUSTED Framework.
